BlueDevLabs Ltd operates SigForge at getsigforge.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

1. Data we collect

Free tier: SigForge processes all signature data entirely in your browser. This data is never sent to our servers.

Paid tiers: When you make a payment, Stripe collects your payment details. We receive from Stripe: your email address, payment confirmation, and tier purchased. We do not store your card details.

2. Third parties

We share data with Stripe for payment processing only. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

3. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email SigForge@bluedevlabs.com to exercise any right.
