These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SigForge, operated by BlueDevLabs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using SigForge at getsigforge.com, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. The Service

SigForge is a web-based HTML email signature generator. The Service is provided on a free and paid basis as described on our Pricing page.

2. Payments

Paid tiers are processed via Stripe. All prices are displayed in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are one-time and non-recurring. We offer a 7-day refund policy — email SigForge@bluedevlabs.com within 7 days of purchase.

3. Email Client Compatibility — Disclaimer

SigForge generates HTML email signatures using email-safe, table-based HTML markup. However, email client rendering is not within our control and varies significantly between clients, versions, operating systems, and configurations.

We test against Gmail (Chrome desktop), Outlook 365 Web, Outlook 2021 for Windows, Outlook for Mac, and Apple Mail on macOS Sonoma. We cannot guarantee that signatures will render identically in every email client.

Known limitations include:

  • Outlook for Windows uses the Microsoft Word HTML rendering engine, which has significant CSS limitations
  • Gmail mobile apps strip most HTML formatting from signatures
  • Apple Mail requires manual file system installation
  • Corporate IT environments may block inline images or strip HTML signatures
  • Third-party email clients (Thunderbird, Spark, Hey, Superhuman etc.) are not tested

BlueDevLabs Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or reputational harm arising from rendering issues, broken signatures, or the behaviour of your email client when using SigForge signatures.

4. Intellectual Property

The SigForge application, its design, code, and templates are owned by BlueDevLabs Ltd. Once you download your signature HTML, that output is yours to use freely for personal and commercial purposes.

5. Data & Privacy

On the free tier, all processing happens in your browser. No personal data is sent to our servers. Paid tiers process payment data through Stripe. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

SigForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BlueDevLabs Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google, Microsoft, or Apple.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueDevLabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
